Print-On-Demand Products
All Faith From Above products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Preference-based reasons (style, colour tone, or fit expectations)
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In line with Canadian and international consumer protection standards, we will offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or print)
To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@faithfromabove.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for print-on-demand items. If an item qualifies due to damage, defect, or error, a replacement will be issued.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, followed by shipping times outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within a very short window after placement, as production often begins immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
