At Faith From Above, each item is carefully prepared after your order is placed. Because many of our products are made-to-order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, supplier location, holidays, or unexpected delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most orders are delivered within approximately:

Canada: 5–15 business days after production
United States: 5–15 business days after production
International: 10–30 business days after production, where available

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, and available shipping options.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different suppliers or facilities. You may receive more than one package and separate tracking numbers for a single order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Faith From Above is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbours, building management, or household members. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
